Our pool company, Unique Pools, comes 3 times per week to clean the facilities and maintain the pool.

A keypad and gate lock have been installed and codes will be assigned to households in good standing by request. Contact a trustee for a code.

POOL RULES

  • Residents in good standing may request a passcode to the Quiet Village Pool. Please respect the pool hours.
  • All guests must be accompanied by a resident in good standing. No exceptions.
  • Each resident may bring a maximum of 4 guests during a visit. If you wish to bring more, please email Quiet Village Subdivision with your request.  One week advance notice is required.
  • Children under 7 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Children between the ages 7-12 years of age must be accompanied by a person at least 13 years of age.
  • NO SWIMMING ALONE.
  • No Smoking in the pool area.
  • Moderate drinking of alcoholic beverages by ADULTS over the age of 21 is permitted. Intoxication will not be tolerated! If someone drinking at the pool becomes unruly or obnoxious, they may be asked to leave. NO GLASS!
  • When bringing food and drinks in the pool area please dispose of trash properly after using the tables /picnic facilities. It is our job to keep the area clean and maintain to the best of our ability.
  • Quiet Village Subdivision is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items.
  • Children not toilet trained are required to wear diapers with snug-fitting rubber pants or swimmie diapers.
  • In the event of lightning or thunder, all swimmers are asked to exit the water for a minimum of 30 minutes.
