Subdivision Renewal Committee
The subdivision bi-laws were renewed and filed with St. Louis County in 2020 with no other changes.
Improvement Committee
The curb appeal of our neighborhood is managed by this committee. The committee is tasked with developing a list of properties that are out of compliance with bi-laws and/or Saint Louis County. This list will then be passed to subdivision trustees for review and letters will be sent to properties out of compliance with bi-laws. The committee will also set up a calling schedule for properties that need to be reported to Saint Louis County for improvement.
Park & Play Equipment Committee
The current state of park benches, grills, and play equipment are managed by this committee. Ideas for improvements include new grills, picnic tables, playground slide, benches, bridge maintenance, and a Little Free Library. The full scope of the improvements planned will be determined by committee.
Gardening & Landscaping Committee
The current state of park and common area landscaping is managed by this committee. The committee is tasked with developing a budget proposal for needed improvements. Ideas for improvements include removing rail road ties at pool, choosing new plantings near pool, and revitalizing the six small common areas. The full scope of the improvements will be determined by committee.
